Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policy is only valid for products purchased via the Tasko Sweets Online website (www.taskosweetsonline.co.za). The Policy is for the protection of both you the client and the seller, Tasko Sweets Online and to ensure both parties are clear on the policy and expectations.

Delivery fees

We are a JHB based company.

A flat rate of R120.00 is charged per order and shipping is free for orders over R750.

Our Courier partner of choice is The Courier Guy. They are professional and reliable.

Delivery time

Your order will arrive in 1-3 working days unless you live in an outlying area where it may take a little longer. Orders placed and received before 12pm from Monday to Thursday will be shipped via courier on the same day and delivered within the shipping policy of 1 to 3 days.

Orders placed and received after 2pm from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped via courier on Monday the next week for delivery within the 1 to 3 days, as per shipping policy.

Orders placed on a public holiday, will be processed the next day, unless the next day falls on a weekend, it will then be processed on the next working day.

Due to fragility/ heat sensitivity of the products we sell, we do not want them sitting around a uncontrolled environment. The delivery of your goods in good condition is critical to us.

Express delivery is possible on request; however, the customer will be liable for the additional courier costs. The delivery times are simply a guide and Tasko Sweets will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery.

We regret, no deliveries over weekends or on public holidays.

Should there be a stock shortage, or we have a delay for any other reason, we will contact you to let you know.

If for whatever reason we are out of stock of an item, we will attempt to contact you by email or Whats app, for you to choose a replacement or a refund. If we cannot get hold of you for two days in a row, we will refund the item.

Tracking info
