SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policy is only valid for products purchased via the Tasko Sweets Online website (www.taskosweetsonline.co.za). The Policy is for the protection of both you the client and the seller, Tasko Sweets Online and to ensure both parties are clear on the policy and expectations.

Delivery fees 

We are a JHB based company. Our Courier partner of choice is The Courier Guy. They are professional and reliable.

A flat rate of R120.00 (standard Delivery) is charged per order and shipping is free for orders over R900.

Standard delivery rates apply to parcels weighing up to 10kg.
If an order exceeds the standard 10kg weight limit, the business reserves the right to re-quote delivery costs based on the actual weight, size, and delivery destination of the parcel. Any additional delivery charges will be communicated to the customer for approval prior to dispatch.

Free delivery promotions do not apply to bulk orders.
Bulk orders may require special handling, packaging, or courier arrangements and will be quoted separately for delivery, regardless of order value.

The business reserves the right to contact the customer to arrange alternative delivery options or revised delivery charges where necessary.

Delivery time

Orders typically ship within 1-2 working days, excluding bulk orders which may take 2-3 days. In case of delays due to stock or other issues, we will notify you.

Regional Areas: Gauteng:   Shipping Time: 1-4 Business Days (Order processing: 1-2 days to obtain and pack orders from our warehouse. Courier delivery: 1-2 days for courier collection and delivery to your door.

National Areas: Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, KZN, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State

Shipping Time: 2-5 Business Days Order processing: 1-2 days to obtain and pack orders from our warehouses.  Courier delivery: 2-3 days for courier collection and delivery to your door. 

Outlying/Remote Areas: Shipping Time: 2-6 Business Days.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email/ What’s App to arrange a replacement or refund. If unable to reach you for two consecutive days, we will either replace the item with a similar product or issue a refund.

Orders generally arrive within 1-3 working days, though outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.

Due to the fragility and heat sensitivity of our products, we avoid having them in uncontrolled environments. Express delivery is available upon request, with additional costs borne by the customer. Delivery times are estimates, and Tasko Sweets is not liable for delays or non-delivery.

No deliveries are made over weekends or public holidays. In case of stock shortages or other delays, we will inform you.

Tracking info

International Orders

We currently do not sell internationally
